In a surprising development, Scottish electronic producer Hudson Mohawke will take on a production role for parts of Bloc Party singer Kele Okereke’s solo dance album.
Details are sketchy, but we do know that Mohawke recently talked to Radio 1 and confirmed the news saying, "It hasn’t been finalised yet, but I’m doing a bit of stuff for the album. He’s doing the record with one of the guys from Spank Rock."
The album will reportedly be dance orientated, due to Kele Okereke’s growing love for house, techno and all that’s in between. Fittingly, Kele recently collaborated on Dutch trance king Tiesto‘s indie crossover album Kaleidoscope.
