An extravagant dance festival will be taking place this week in the lush countryside of Brazil. Called XXXperience, the festival will bring German luminaries like Get Physical’s Booka Shade and M.A.N.D.Y, BPitch figurehead Ellen Allien and techno warrior Oliver Huntemann to Maeda Farm, which is 75 km from São Paulo.
The festival, which began in 1996 and attracts around 30,000 people, will also host hometown hero Gui Boratto, breaks king Adam Freeland and Brazilian producers Renato Cohen and Mau Mau.
By the looks of things, no financial crisis is affecting this festival: hordes of people will be enjoying the benefits of a monster jump park, an energy garden and a “dream castle”, whatever that is.
XXXperience Brasil will happen on November 14, 2009.
