We are very excited to announce that Electronic Beats, Telekom’s Music and Lifestyle Programme, is donating 10.000 Euro to the ORWOhaus to build up an “Electronic Beats Room”.
The Electronic Beats Room will be furnished with everything young musical talents need, like drum-kits, amps and much more – what is more a small showcase stage will be built which can be used for the bands to perform live. The Berlin-based ORWOhaus, a former industrial building, stands for good music and creativity and is one of Europe’s biggest music factories. Over 200 bands use the music house to jam. “I am very much looking forward to all the projects coming out of the Electronic Beats Room,” so Ralf Lülsdorf from Telekom.
Electronic Beats recently celebrated its 10 Years ELECTRONIC BEATS anniversary. With over 170 successful events and over 180 international artists, a Radio and TV channel, we hope to inspire young musicians to make use of the Electronic Beats Room at the ORWOhaus and create something amazing that can be shared with the world
The donation will be handed over to the ORWOhaus by Ralf Lülsdorf on December 13th at the 4010 Shop in Berlin-Mitte. Around 18:30 Sebastian Arnold, who also rehearses at the ORWOhaus, will be playing a gig. Please pass by for some tea and cookies if you are in the area!
