We love inviting people for lunch or dinner. Tonight’s guest was Irmin Schmidt of legendary Krautrock band CAN. We served risotto al limone and grilled lamb chops as well as Tarte Tatin for dessert. Earlier this year, Electronic Beats’ editor-in-chief Max Dax was invited by Schmidt to stay a couple of days at his home studio in Provençe, where they conducted an in-depth interview that was first released in this year’s Fall issue of Electronic Beats Magazine.
