So we’re counting the hours (and the minutes too) and most likely we will spend the Monday in cafés and restaurants—for instance the restaurant Bouillon Chartier in Rue du Faubourg Montmartre. A while ago, Thomas Schoenberger and Max Dax interviewed Gerard Joulie, the owner of Bouillon Chartier. Devoted readers of their blog Fast Food already know this particular Art Deco restaurant. Everybody else should—when in Paris—use the opportunity to check it out. But not tomorrow as we will be streaming Depeche’s message live on Electronicbeats.net. ~ Photo: Luci Lux
