Elegant, smooth and efficient – in a best case scenario, this is what Parkour should look like. The sport, introduced to the world by French actor David Belle, makes people master their city simply by using their body strength. This phenomenon has now been adapted into a stop-motion video by graphic design student Serene Teh from Singapore for a simple class assignment.
Under the synonym ‘saggyarmpit’ Serene Teh recently uploaded one of her first projects - an impressive Parkour Motion Reel. The pictures were illustrated frame by frame using a technical pen. On her VIMEO account she states: “It took me around 4 weeks altogether, 2 weeks to create the concept and 2 weeks of planning.”
