‘Ellboy’ is Hell’s newest mix CD compilation. A time machine taking you back in the era of early 80ies Italo Disco. Nothing contemporary included, only classics featured such as Charlie’s ‘Spacer Woman’, Moroder’s ‘Chase’, Cerrone’s ‘Supernature’ or My Mine’s ‘Hypnotic Tango’. And yes, of course you can expect to hear Donna Summer’s ‘I feel love’ in Patrick Cowley’s everlasting remix. Wait a minute, Hell’s ‘Control’ gets to go on this journey?! Maybe it’s the souvenir from the future?! However, ‘Ellboy’ teaches you anything about Italo Disco in less than 80 minutes and proves almost anything contemporary is just a replica of the past.
