Jazzanova compiled and produced the soundtrack for a Berlin-based show called ‘Belle et Fou’, combining dance, theatre and culinary specialties and conceived in 2006 by famous chef and event-caterer Hans-Peter Wodarz and Filmproducer-director Arthur Castro, successfully famous for their ‘Pomp, Duck & Circumstance’ event-restaurant. For the most part Jazzanova created specially new tracks. Reminiscent to the 70s soul of Barry White, Marvin Gaye or the famous Blaxploitation-Soundtracks of Isaac Hayes. But you’ll also find a touch of Folk, acoustic Jazz, even classic-orchestral-alike pieces. Alongside the new material, there are also previously released tracks from the label-catalogue by artists such as Clara Hill or Micatone amongst others.
