No we’re not talking the infamous Portuguese Marian shrine, but a fantastic new talent from London called Fatima (pictured above with Hudson Mohawke), who will release her first solo EP Mindtravellin on the Eglo label later this year.
She has already collaborated with a whole host of exciting artists including the 16 piece Floating Points and Slum Village, but will now sail solo with one of the finest soulful voices we have heard in recent times.
The EP features production by L.A.’s boogie master Dam-Funk (who recently popped up as one half of Nite Funk) with added loving from British soul producer FunkinEven.
Mindtravelin comes out March 8 on Eglo.
