Enigmatic, whippersnapper producer Flying Lotus has revealed more details of his forthcoming album in an interview with Pitchfork. Discussing the astral influences on Cosmogramma, his dream collaborations and his love for Lil' Wayne, Steve Ellison, as he is known to his family, makes for an engaging and humorous interviewee.

Probably one of the most eagerly anticipated albums of the coming months, Cosmogramma is set to feature a much broader range of sounds and influences, including many more musicians than his previous attention grabbing effort; Los Angeles.

And, if you can't wait until April to wrap your ears around his new beats, this fantastic mix by Gaslamp Killer of a decade's worth of Flying Lotus is still available.
