With the summer season gearing up for full swing, German labels, DJs and clubs are taking full advantage of the good weather and gearing up for all kinds of touring, releasing and partying.

First up Ricardo Villalobos, Rhythm & Sound and Ivan Smagghe will all help the Frankfurt club Robert Johnson celebrate ten years in the business with a party packed weekend from June 19th – June 21st.

The Hamburg imprint Smallville will be collecting tracks for its first CD compilation; owner Julius Steinhoff selected eight exclusive tracks to feature, including artists such as Lawrence, STL and Lowtec. Smallville Records will release "And Suddenly It's Morning" in September 2009.

Germany-based artists Sound Stream and Ewan Pearson have been added to Resident Advisor's Sonar events, which take place in Barcelona on June 19th and June 20th.

And lastly German funk techno crew Jazzanova are playing Synch in Athens and Melt! In Germany, they have expanded from a six person band to a 10-piece live band for this upcoming tour.
