Hot Chip's Humorous Interview

Hot Chip's humorous interview

Wrap your eyes around this rather humorous Hot Chip 'iNterview'. Conducted at Berlin's famous Weekend Club via video link, Helen Feng - 'Queen of the Beijing rock scene' was the lucky lady tasked with asking some questions, both serious and irreverent, of Alexis Taylor and Owen Clarke.

I have a sneaking suspicion that a certain German drinks brand may have been involved in this interview, but it's still pretty funny all the same. Check it out:

iNterview is a brand new type of interview, where questions are pre-recorded onto a laptop which acts as the interviewer. Created back in 2008, and originally hosted on the hobnox website, iNterview aims to offer a pretty unique interview experience for both the artist and the viewer. Responses are captured on the laptop's webcam, and also by HD cameras placed around the room. Certainly a novel new and interesting way to get musicians to open up. Available on i-Nterview.tv, the artists involved so far have been a pretty diverse bunch with Health, Biffy Clyro and Amusement Parks On Fire all taking part.
