Pacemaker.net has launched a new interactive mix website that allows DJs and clubbers to share their edits with people around the world. Similar to the Pacemaker website, as well as SoundCloud, the Let’s Mix offshoot looks to be a user friendly, instinctive and sociable development for DJs.
Within each mix, you can bookmark, rate and find out how many times it’s been played. While only in its beta stage, the website has already generated a growing library of mixups that range from live club transmissions to Ministry of Sound and Fabric mixes, and selections from newcomers.
Pacemaker is owned by a small Swedish company called Tonium, which also makes electronic music tools like the Pacemaker Pocket-Sized DJ system.
