Feisty American electro star Uffie will at last be readying her debut Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans for an early 2010 release. Ed Banger head honcho Busy P announced that Anna-Catherine Hartley aka Uffie is going to release a full album after several years of being sidetracked.

Uffie rose to prominence after her foul mouthed single “Pop The Glock” swept through the internet, landing her a deal with French electro label Ed Banger in 2006. Since then, she broke up with her beau DJ Feadz, married graffitist and nightlife persona André Saraiva, and had a child. But now she's delivered her first musical offering since 2007.

Major dance producers/artists that appear on the album include DJ Feadz, Mr. Oizo, SebastiAn and Mirwais, while The Neptunes star Pharell Williams makes a guest appearance on the first single. Suprisingly, Uffie also includes a cover of Siouxie & the Banshees' popular single Hong Kong Garden on the album.

Uffie's official video for the 2006 single “Pop the Glock”, directed by accomplished short video director Nathalie Canguilhem, can be viewed below. The song will also appear on Sex Dreams and Denim Jeans, to be released February 2010.
