2. Order
The order will be completed after receipt of the fully filled-out online form. After clicking on the PLACE ORDER button you will receive an automatic confirmation via e-mail. With this confirmation your order is valid.

3. Delivery and terms of delivery
Ordered articles are delivered generally within 3-7 working days after receiving the payment at the address given with the order. The sending is done by the Deutsche Post. If the article returns because of wrong or incomplete addresses the customer has to pay renewed shipping costs.

4. Price
All prices mentioned are inclusive of VAT, shipping and packaging.

5. Payment
Payment is possible by Paypal or direct transfer (German customers only). If you're using direct transfer, the amount stated on the order confirmation should be remitted within 14 days to:

Returns are not possible
