New Limited Edition Technics SL-1200 Released In Germany

After the first run of the new Technics SL-1200 sold out instantly in Japan despite their $ 4000 price tag, the German Technics branch has put up a new batch of the turntables for sale. If you want to get one you have to act fast—the Japanese run was sold out in 30 minutes.

Technics Germany said in a newsletter: “Contact your nearest Technics retailer as quickly as possible. We’re crossing our fingers that your turntable dreams will be realized and that one of the few available decks will soon be yours,” as The Vinyl Factory reports.

Technics also announced that the unlimited regular edition of the highly sought after turntable will be released in autumn this year.
