Reddit Thinks Harsh Noise Band Whitehouse Is EDM

During our daily Reddit check-in, we noticed that the r/Music thread’s most controversial post is a Whitehouse track listed as EDM. “Why You Never Became A Dancer” bears the typical hallmarks of a Whitehouse masterpiece—ambiance so grinding it can cause bruxism and barely-legible shouting—and exactly none of EDM’s characteristic elements. Where iz tha drop??? Judging from the sarcastic comments, Redditors are confused but understand that this is not festival fare.
“Great music, I can dance to this all day,” wrote one commenter. “God damn, that’s catchy. Gonna be stuck in my head all day,” quipped another. And of course, no public conversation about noise is complete without someone chiming in that it isn’t ” REAL music!!”
