Radio keeps remaking itself—or being remade by some kickass women. And now, a new resource called Radiooooo has sprung up to couple online streaming with global sound archives. Pick a country and a decade from 1900 onwards, choose a “mood” (slow? fast? weird?) and you’re off. From there, create genre and country-jumping playlists, upload undiscovered gems yourself, and, to fully geek out, start earning points for your contributions. The site is still in beta mode so there may be a few kinks to iron out, but head here and try it for yourself.
