Hear Lykke Li’s Wounded Rhymes in full

If you’re quick, you can get a headstart on listening to Swedish pop starlet Lykke Li’s new LP Wounded Rhymes. The album which is released on February 28th is streaming in full below.

She will be undertaking a massive year of touring to support her new album and judging from the song titles and album name, she still retains some kind of obsession with youth (her last album was called Youth Novels incl. titles like "Youth Knows No Pain"). The album was produced by Björn Yttling from Peter, Bjorn and John and was recorded in L.A.

Inspiration for the album came from field recordings legend Alan Lomax and Alejandro Jodorowsky’s 1973 film The Holy Mountain.
