New Kiasmos on Erased Tapes
February 21, 2012
Ólafur Arnalds's Kiasmos project will be releasing an album later this year on Erased Tapes Records. Linear electronic music that propels you to pastel horizons, Kiasmos is more mechanised that Arnald's usual output on Erased Tapes. Joined by Janus Rasmussen, the project has been on a hiatus of sorts since 2009's '65'/'Milo' but the Icelandic duo are now back with a dreamy new track to ease you through the day. A gentle groove and washes of sonic colour underpin a deceptively simple melody that buries itself inside your head. 'Thrown' is avaible to stream below, but if you click this link you can download a copy for free courtesy XLR8R.
