London’s warehouse party series and music platform Boiler Room should be well known by now – even by continental Europeans. Boiler Room’s concept exceeds that of regular parties since they’re livestreaming their parties and live sets, reaching a massive worldwide audience with a great variety of booked artists.
Mount Kimbie, Sampha, The Gaslamp Killer, SBTRKT, Terror Danjah, Pursuit Grooves, Earl Zinger, Paddy O’Neill, Floating Points or Addison Groove are just a few of the artists that played Boiler Room until now, with new sessions coming up every tuesday.
In advance of Boiler Room’s 3024 Recordings special on July 26th they are streaming a new track by Dutch dubstep producer Martyn, ‘Masks’ being taken from his upcoming, ‘Ghost People’ titled album on Flying Lotus’s Brainfeeder. The track itself will be released as a digital single on August 1st, with a vinyl release and flipside track ‘Viper’ following in september. Next Boiler Room broadcast with Martyn’s live set, Kode9, DBridge and Jon Convex kicks off next tuesday from 8pm gmt – make sure to tune in. Stream a radio rip of ‘Masks’ in the embed below or head over to the Boiler Room’s SoundCloud for a clean version.
