IdeaGen is a Max for Live device that will help you out of your creative rut.

Making music can often be an incredibly taxing process that leads to production loops or writer’s block. IdeaGen is a new Max for Live device designed for those who need some inspiration, or just a helping hand. The software, created by John Schoeneman, generates random sequences using a simple set of parameters. The results can also be easily clipped and edited directly in Ableton Live’s arrangement view.
