For the last five years, Hommen has been a driving force behind the creative output of Dennis Ferrer’s New York label Objektivity. He’s helped to develop  artists like The Martinez Brothers and Henrik Schwarz. Hommen’s first solo release for the label sounded like they were made by an industry veteran because of the experience he’d received making music collaboratively with Gorge and Ferrer. By the time “The Bottom Line” and “Battery Park” were released in 2014 and 2015, respectively, they made instant waves in the house scene.

André Hommen’s mix for Tim Sweeney’s Beats In Space radio show is essential listening for house fans. It shows off Hommen in a laid-back and introspective style. Here he plays with lighter grooves and psychedelic vibes where dubbed-out house and vintage synth lines meet lo-fi aesthetics and samples. This mix shows off Hommen’s skills as a selector .
