Aphex Twin's Landmark 'Selected Ambient Works '85-'92' Will Be Re-Released On Vinyl

The repress features original artwork and the audio remaster from the album’s original DAT tapes.

For those who missed out on tickets to Aphex Twin‘s preposterously hyped first Berlin show in 15 years, don’t worry: there’s some justice in this world.

Richard D. James’ seminal album Selected Ambient Works ’85-’92 is set to be repressed on 2xLP by R&S Records’ ambient imprint Apollo.

Selected Ambient Works was originally released back in 1992 by Apollo and quickly became one of the defining records of a generation—the effects of which can be heard in the DNA of pretty much every electronic track released since.
