Can you imagine if Daft Punk offered to produce your single? Well, that’s exactly what happened with the lucky Australian indie band Parcels.
Although Daft Punk performed live for the first time at the Grammy Awards and have been covered in rather creative ways over the last few months, we haven’t heard any new music from the French duo since last year’s collaboration with The Weeknd. This jam with Parcels, however, has sated our appetites for the time being. The three-and-a-half-minute funk track is a bassline-fueled dance bomb featuring old-school synths, saccharine chords and catchy vocal hooks. We can’t stop bobbing our heads to it.
