Hear Benji B's Crazy Futuristic 'Planet Earth II' Mixtape
You’ve never heard the Earth sound quite like this.
Benji B may have just evoked the searing envy of every stoner around the world. The BBC Natural History Unit and Radio 1 have given the UK DJ access to all the aerial and drone footage from the recent series of Planet Earth II and asked him to score a mixtape to it. Despite our jealousy, he has actually done a pretty good job of it, with half-an-hour of deep, psychedelic electronics and downbeat set to some pretty spectacular panoramic vistas. The mix features music from Carl Craig, Flying Lotus and Actress. You can watch and hear the whole thing over on the BBC iPlayer.
