Any chance to hear a new Robert Hood mix is always a cause for celebration, and his new BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix is no exception. Now, working with his daughter as Floorplan, Hood has released a two-hour mix full of soulful house and bumping techno alongside a healthy dose of new cuts. It includes a Frankie Knuckles remix of The Jackson 5, some Ben Sims heat and classy Chicago house from Chez Damier. You can check out the mix in its entirety here.
