After releasing Pan Daijing‘s SEX & DISEASE last year, Noisekölln Tapes (the label run by EB’s own Michael Aniser) has turned up the heat with two new cassettes. Silvia Kastel’s The Gap channels between modular explorations and deep noise meditations with a steady beat. Dane//close’s The Miniature Industrial Complex daps into noisy house and gritty disco drafts that seem to come straight from some sweaty dampy basement.

Both releases are limited to 50, so don’t sleep on this—head to the bandcamp and grab ’em fast! And if you’re Berlin-based, be sure to check out the tape release party this Saturday the 23rd, featuring a stacked lineup of Neukölln’s finest freaks. We’ll see you there!
