In a new web series called Expatriarch Generations, established Berlin artists single out promising newcomers to the city’s music scene. In the latest video, preeminent selector and Panorama Bar regular Tama Sumo sits down with The Neighborhood Character, who already has one split 12″ on Uzuri under her belt.
