This Video Reveals How Cremated Remains Are Used To Make Vinyl

This is morbidly fascinating.

We’ve heard about illegal bootlegs being pressed to x-ray, but the ashes of your loved one being pressed to vinyl? The idea is the brainchild of And Vinyly, a company that specializes in adding extra materials to limited vinyl pressings. The “basic package” costs £3000 (around €3500), and allows you to “scatter” your ashes among 30 memorial records.

The idea is both touching and creepy. If your loved one chose this way to go, what music would you choose?
