This Tunnel-Shaped Light Installation Will Mesmerize You

Space Tunnel‘s 96 LED lights react to music—and to your touch.

Installation artist [jaymeekae]’s Space Tunnel may be one of the coolest places to hang out at a music festival. The piece is made from 96 LED lights, PVC piping and black cloth that makes the tunnel completely immersive. Space Tunnel, which tours with music festivals throughout Europe, was created with a processing program that allows the lights to change colors and patterns in response to music. It’s also connected to a touchscreen where festival goers can draw patterns and see the results in the lights overhead. Check out the Space Tunnel in action below. For more information, click here.
