A Life In Waves will premiere at SXSW 2017.

In the past few years, electronic music pioneer Suzanne Ciani has enjoyed a resurgence of interest in her groundbreaking work both old and new.

This progress has culminated in a forthcoming documentary about her life and work titled, A Life In Waves. It covers her associations with Don Buchla‘s famous Buchla synthesizer, her work in the ad world and other ephemera from her long career.

Watch a trailer for it here. It will debut in March at this year’s South By Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas.
