X-plantation

Only recently came we across the photography work of Hubert Blanz who lives and works in Vienna.

His 2008 X-plantation-series features amazing collages made from aerial photographs of airports and it simply blew us away! The German artist collects these images from the Internet and digitally sews them together and thus creates these dynamic compositions that seem totally surreal.
