Newcomer Roi Perez operates strictly as a selector. Since bursting onto the house scene in the early 2010s, the Israeli-born DJ quickly established himself as a purveyor of good taste. Perez made a name for himself DJing in Tel Aviv’s flourishing queer clubbing scene. He had a regular slot at PAG, one of the longest-running LGBT parties in the Israeli city, where he became known for his long, eclectic sets that sit at the nexus of house, techno and disco. Shortly thereafter, he started garnering international attention and playing some of the world’s top clubs and parties. Perez also holds a residency at the esteemed London record shop, Phonica, and was recently signed to Berghain’s booking agency, Ostgut Booking..
