Dance around the Pole
Pole aka Stefan Betke is releasing new music – his first in over three years. Since the demise of ~scape, the label he ran with Barbara Preisinger, Betke has been somewhat quiet. Accordingly he has been taking a break to “find his musical direction and produce a series of new tracks, starting with this 12inch”.
Entitled ‘Waldgeschichten’ , the release marks a welcome return to the fray for the prince of low frequencies. Warm grooves with plenty of space between them and a dub attitude (naturally) the record will be released in October and distributed via Kompakt.
