Telekom Electronic Beats Returns to IMS Ibiza 2026 with Two Powerful Panels

22.04.2026

In 2026, from 22–24 April, Telekom Electronic Beats (TEB) returns to IMS Ibiza for the fourth time, reaffirming its long-standing commitment to amplifying Central and Eastern European (CEE) perspectives within the global music conversation. Expanding its presence this year, TEB takes part on a bigger scale by hosting and curating two forward-looking panels. Both sessions will explore leadership, creativity, and the growing international impact of Eastern European music scenes.

Panel One

Eastern Europe on the Rise: New Voices, New Futures

22 April, 16:50–17:40

This dynamic panel spotlights Eastern European artists reshaping international club culture.

Featuring Basia Klaczak (Unsound, Poland), Jakub Kaczmarek (Universal Music, Poland), László Papp(NVC, Hungary), Marie Montexier (DJ, Germany), Ralf Lülsdorf (Electronic Beats, Germany) the conversation explores clubs and festivals as vital cultural spaces for experimentation, connection, and cross-border exchange. Panelists will discuss how regional scenes maintain originality while gaining global recognition, and how emerging voices from Eastern Europe are shaping the future of international electronic music.

Panel Two

Fire Side Chat: What It Takes to Win in CEE (and Beyond)

22 April, 17:40–18:00

What does success really look like in Central and Eastern Europe and how does it translate globally?

In this intimate fireside chat, Dukagjin Lipa, Kosovo rockstar and the father of popstar Dua Lipa, examines in conversation with editor Katja Horvat the balance between creativity, leadership, and sustainability, drawing on experience across studios, stages, and digital platforms. The discussion explores the unique dynamics of CEE markets and how ambition, authenticity, and long-term vision can coexist in an increasingly interconnected music ecosystem. Ralf Lülsdorf (TEB) is the host of this conversation.

About International Music Summit

Founded in 2007 by leading industry figures Ben Turner, Danny Whittle, Pete Tong, and Simeon Friend, the International Music Summit (IMS) has established itself as a global thought-leadership platform for the electronic music industry. Dedicated to culture, education, and ethical, sustainable development, IMS aims to drive positive transformation across the sector—from the boardroom to the dancefloor.

Its flagship annual event, IMS Ibiza, brings together thousands of delegates from every corner of the electronic music ecosystem for a three-day summit featuring the IMS Business Report and culminating in the iconic IMS Dalt Vila celebration. Set against the backdrop of Ibiza’s UNESCO World Heritage-listed old town, Dalt Vila—a fortified Renaissance citadel with soaring 16th-century walls, cobblestone streets, and sweeping sea views—embodies over 2,500 years of Phoenician, Moorish, and European history.
