Terms and Conditions for the Prize Draw

1. Organizer of the Prize Draw

The organizer of the prize draw is:

2. Duration of the Prize Draw

The prize draw will take place during the campaign period from 26.08.2026 to 15.10.2026

3. Eligibility

Participation is open exclusively to natural persons who are at least 18 years of age at the time of the prize draw and have their permanent residence in Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Hungary, Croatia, Czech Republic and Poland. By participating in the prize draw, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

4. How to Participate

During the Contest Period, complete the following steps to submit a valid entry (“Entry”):

  1. 1. Log in to your Pinterest account.
  2. 2. Create a new Collage Pin on Pinterest or remix an existing Collage on the 'Not A Passenger' Board by Telekom Electrtonic Beats to design your Vision Board.
  3. 3. Your Pin must include the hashtag #notapassenger and #contest clearly and conspicuously in the title of the pin.
  4. 4. Save the Pin to one of your public Pinterest boards. The board and your account must remain public until the winners are announced.

5. Submission Deadline

The submission deadline is 15.10.2026.

6. Prize Draw Procedure and Selection of the Winner

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants on 16.10.2026.

7. Winner Notification

The winners will be notified on 16.10.2026 via direct message on Pinterest

8. Prize Details

  1. 1. Four T-shirts from the Namilia collaboration (€80 per shirt)
  2. 2. Four handbags from the 032c × Electronic Beats collaboration (€300 per bag)

Cash payment of the prize is excluded. The winner is not entitled to receive the prize in cash or to exchange the prize for another item.

9. Organizer's Right to Exclude Participants

There is no legal entitlement to participate in the prize draw. The organizer reserves the right to immediately exclude participants from the prize draw for good cause. This applies in particular in cases of violations of these Terms and Conditions, as well as any completed or attempted manipulation of the prize draw or any attempt to disrupt or improperly influence the proper conduct of the prize draw. Legal recourse is excluded.

10. Data Protection Information

The personal data collected as part of participation in the prize draw (first and last name, residential address, email address) will be processed by Pinterest, Deutsche Telekom AG, and INGO Stockholm for the purpose of administering the prize draw and notifying the winners.

The legal basis for this processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

Legal recourse is excluded. The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Bonn.
