EB Video Premiere: Dieter Meier – “Loveblind”

Today’s exclusive EB Video Premiere comes courtesy of Dieter Meier. Perhaps best known as one half of Yello (recent receivers of the Echo Award for lifetime achievement) alongside Boris Blank, his CV certainly doesn’t stop there. Something of a polymath, Meier has worked within the fields of conceptual art and film direction and he self-directed the striking video for “Loveblind”, which you can check out above. The track is the first single to be taken from his debut solo album Out of Chaos which is released April 11th. The record promises to an intriguing one, pulling together dub influences, electro—no doubt helped along by c0-production work from T.Raumschmiere—and chanson.
