Looks like there’s something in the oven: reports say that Feist was working with collaborator Chilly Gonzales on her fourth LP! Let’s enjoy this mysterious teaser video and count the days until the album drops.


2. Spirit Sisters – She (directed by Dean Jagger)

Out of the blue comes the one-track wonder known as Spirit Sisters. Minimal production meets 808 samples and some beautifully transformed Britney samples. Amaze!

4. Maria Minerva – Lovecool (directed by New Feeling Industries)

I don’t care what you think about Lil B‘s talent in rapping or in music in general. I happen to really like him, but damn he’s hilarious.


8. Washed Out – Eyes Be Closed (directed by Timothy Saccenti + Alan Bibby)

Timothy Saccenti who’s clearly one of my favorite music video directors just dropped this new Washed Out video, in a collaborative work with Alan Bibby. ‘Eyes Be Closed’ is the first track off of Washed Outs new album ‘Within And Without’.


9. Pure X – Easy (directed by Malcolm Elijah)

Pure X renders some tender bondage scenes for their video for ‘Easy’, a track taken from their album ‘Pleasure’, out now via Acéphale.


10. Pictureplane – Post Physical (directed by MENZ)

We just reviewed the great ‘Thee Physical’ album some days ago; now it’s time to present the accompanying video for the track ‘Post Physical’. Whoa.


11. Jeez Loiuse – Secret Skwirl (directed by Maxime Bruneel)

I’m nnot a sucker for animated videos, but jesus christ. This one is beyond magic. What an outstanding illustration! Thumps up, Maxime.

This wonderful trippy video is part of Jen Star’s two-person show called Double Rainbow Rainbow, which opened last week at Show & Tell Gallery in Toronto.

2. Lesands – Glowing (directed by Panaframe)

Digging this sexy cheerleader footage. We highly suggest grabbing their Sweet Skin EP over at bandcamp. Could be a summer essential.

3. Karlmarx – Futuro (directed by Typoclique & Ben Westermann)

Karlmarx = brothers Isaac Aesili + Mark McNeill from New Zealand: “Futuro” comes from their full-length debut album, “The Karlmarx Project“ – out June 3rd on Cologne’s Melting Pot Music.

4. Teen Daze – The Bluest Water I’d Ever Seen (directed by Sebastian Rozenberg)

This chilljam isn’t a new single or anything, just a sample of the original material Teen Daze has been working on recently.

5. Slime feat. Vondelpark – 2 Player (directed by Joel Chima)

Slime is 19 y/o Will Archer from Brixton, who makes music as Slime. Check out more of this emerging electronic talent’s work here.

Blood Orange is Dev Hynes of Lightspeed Champion, who just dropped this old school-style video for Dinner. His 7? is now out via Terrible Records. An LP follows later this year via Domino Records

9. Cough Cool – Stolen (directed by Ben Tabas)

We don’t really know much about Cough Cool, but this slammer is off his From Clausen EP via Not Not Fun Records.

10. EMA – Milkman (direcetd by William Rahilly)

In this William Rahilly-directed for EMA’s “Milkman”, Anderson’s been green screen-ed into collages of psychedelic, video game-like visualscapes.
