As I grew up to the sounds of the Roland synths, I am a huge fan of FunkinEven’s track ‘Rolands Jam’ taken from the Eglo Records release Rolands Jam EP.

8. Clams Casino – Natural (directed by Jennifer Tiexiera & Clams Casino)

According to soon-to-be-world-cultural-heritage website wikipedia, Clams Casino is a clam “on the halfshell” dish with breadcrumbs and bacon. But we know that’s half of the truth.

9. Brown Bread – Where Were You Last Night (directed by Matthew Keff)

The sweetly named band Brown Bread is the project of Astoria native Rebecca Doerfe. For more check out Brown Bread’s Bandcamp for previous releases and Soundcloud for other tracks.

10. Nobody Beats the Drum – Poisson Vert (directed by Rogier von der Zwaag)

Just when you thought that filming at night in a forest is overdone, this is the next oustanding music video from 100%Halal’s Rogier von der Zwaag. Amazing animations!
