The Radio Sessions: Metope

After last week’s viciously beautiful on-air meeting with Bestial Mouths, we’re bringing you something from the opposite end of the sound spectrum—from maximum to minimum.

If you didn’t get enough of minimal technoman Metope during our EB listening of his latest Areal release Black Beauty, you’ll surely get your fill with his appearance on The Radio Sessions. Together with host Mathias Weck, he drops a few milestone tracks from his career, along with discussions about his album art and the hands and mind behind it.

You can listen to the whole radio show tonight on FluxFMstarting at 10pm (CET). Tune in through terrestrial radio or, if you’re outside Germany, head to the stream.

Miss it? You can catch up with the first hour through FluxFM’s on demand feature from Friday, while the DJ mix will be up on EB a few days later.

Next week the Berlin producer will release his second album on his own label, entitled Black Beauty. Slow dance, again. Have a pre-listen below:

01 The Hessian (6:33)
02 Bar Walks Into A Guy (6:28)
