The Kills

They are merging rock and blues music, and although there’s not one mention of the word ‘electronic’ in The Kills‘ biography, Alison Mosshart and Jamie Hince sure know how to build a groove that will make you shake and dance. And they’ve got the Roland drum machines to to the rest!

With albums such as No Wow, Midnight Boom, and Blood Pressures, the Anglo-American duo The Kills has been rattling at guitar music’s door with their dark and intense music – and it’s without doubt that Alison Mosshart is the coolest smoker besides Kim Deal (The Breeders) and Beth Gibbons (Portishead).
