A street artist named Jamie Hef is suing pop singer Kieza for “appropriating” his graffiti in the background of her breakthrough video, Artnet reports.

The video shows Kieza dancing in front of some walls in Williamsburg, Brooklyn that are covered with Hef’s work. But can you really make a copyright claim to art on property you don’t own?
