Marcel Dettmann Includes U2 In His Extended Dekmantel Podcast

The Selectors mix also features extra cuts from Cybotron, DJ Hell and the Berghain resident himself.

Earlier this year, Marcel Dettmann sent listeners into a proto-techno fever when he dropped one of the more memorable mixes of the Dekmantel Selectors podcast series. Featuring tracks from Front 242, Ministry and even a Dettmann remix of Cabaret Voltaire, the mix drew a brilliant line between the obscure fringes of ’80s noir and dance floor-ready sounds.

Now, the Berghain resident has shared an extended version of the podcast featuring a whole slew of tracks that didn’t make it onto the original mix. Featuring a standout cut from DJ Hell, Psyche and DAF, it’ll definitely rekindle the magic that made the mix so amazing the first time round.
