Elevenplay and Rhizomatiks’ dance-art project Border combined the virtual and the physical, robotics and living flesh, dancer and audience. Now, they’ve released a new and equally mindblowing 360-degree video. Viewers negotiate the neon-lit space by “riding” individual mobile devices called WHILLS, which are controlled by radio wave programming. That sounds as insane as it actually is.
