Air Max ’97 produces some of our favorite tunes to play out, driving futuristic bass twisted with threads of dark weirdness—not to mention his recent monstrous remix of Bjork’s “Pluto”. On October 23rd, the Melbourne producer is dropping two new cuts of esoteric club compositions as the debut release for his freshly-formed label Decisions, and above you can watch a fresh new video for one of them.  “Core Work”‘s icy clatter lies somewhere between the throb of cyborg clubbing and a polyrhythmic claustrophobia that fits perfectly with the oblique, digital structures the video traverses. It’s mildly hypnotic, somewhat discombobulating, and absolutely sick.
