Iceland is famous for its untouched wilderness that includes volcanoes, hot springs and mountains. At this year’s Iceland’s Airwaves Festival on Thursday, Björk and environmentalist Andri Snær Magnason called a press conference to raise awareness for the imminent threats facing the island’s flora and fauna. The musician has released this video, asking “the world to help us against our government.” You can watch it on the right and sign the petition The Heart Of Iceland to help preserve the island’s higlands here.
