Watch Deadmau5 Cover The 'Stranger Things' Theme With Synths

A recent video uploaded by Deadmau5 shows the Canadian producer recreating the Stranger Things theme in the studio.

We were pretty excited last week when the first volume of Austin outfit S U R V I V E’s retro synth soundtrack to Stranger Things was released on Apple Music. And it seems we weren’t the only ones. Canadian EDM heavyweight Deadmau5 has uploaded a two-and-a-half hour video to Twitch—a video game livestreaming service—of him recreating the show’s theme in his spaceship-like music studio. And, considering said studio is packed with drool-inducing modular synthesizers, it makes for an interesting watch. Check it out here.
