Female-Centered Heroines Of Sound Festival Returns To Berlin
The July 2017 program includes performances, installations and discussions by female artists.
Since 2014, Heroines Of Sound has focused a musical spotlight on the female artists who have taken electronic and contemporary classical music to new heights in the past and present. The festival is returning to Berlin July 7-9 and will include performances, film screenings, installations and panel discussions in a wide variety of formats at Radialsystem V. This year’s event will place an emphasis on Polish electronic artists, which will perhaps combat an alleged lack of Polish artists playing in Germany.
