The New Technics SL-1200 Will Be Released This Month

DJs prepare to open your wallets wide…

Panasonic has just announced that its new Technics SL-1200G turntable will be available for purchase this month. This comes after last year’s announcement of a special, limited-edition turntable called the SL-1200GAE that was unveiled after the whole line was discontinued. The new SL-1200G will retail for €3,499, which puts it somewhat outside the means of your average DJ. Like its predecessor, the turntable is intended more for a home hi-fi listening situation.

Check the specs below and keep your eyes peeled this month. Learn about how Technics became the world’s most iconic turntable.
